This was my first book that I listened to by Darcy, and I was super impressed by it. The way she draws you in from the very beginning to the very end is captivating. I love reading stories about crime and the paranormal, and Darcy definitely delivers. Can’t wait to read more.

This story had me gripped right from the very beginning. I listened to the entire book in one day while I was doing my crafts. I couldn’t stop listening because I wanted to know if he was going to let her go, or if she was going to willingly stay with the Dargon King. I was also captivated by the voice of the narrator as well.

Typically, I do not read science fiction novels; however, my first experience proved to be quite compelling. The storyline was engaging from the outset, making it difficult to put the book down. The author exceeded expectations by skillfully crafting complex narratives and emotional depth within each character, resulting in an immersive and memorable reading experience.

I am normally totally enthralled with John Grisham’s novels, but this one was a let down. It was slow and the characters seemed to just not make sense. Overall, it was not what I was expecting from such an amazing author!

These kinds of books normally are not my go to, but they are my moms favorite. So I decided to get the audio version so that my mom and I could listen while we crafted. The story started off slow and then began building as it went. It kept me captivated the entire time waiting to find out what was going to happen. And to fall in love with an Angel and a Demon was exciting. Can’t wait to read more of her books.
